At Boston Proper, we are committed to your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 60 days of the shipping date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label and print it directly from your browser.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
